Q. How long does it take to dispatch my order?
A. We dispatch most orders within 2–5 business days. Customized products may take a bit longer to prepare.

Q. Where is Hello2World located?
A. Hello2World is based in Australia, with logistics partners located across Asia, Europe, and North America.
Q. What currency will I be charged in?
A. All orders are processed in AUD (Australian Dollars). International customers will be charged in AUD at the current exchange rate by their bank or payment provider.

A. No. Personalized or customized items are non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Q. How do I request a return or refund?
A. Simply email us at enquiries@hello2world.com.au with your order number, a brief explanation, and a photo (if needed). We'll guide you through the return process.
Q. Do I need to pay for return shipping?
A. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect. In that case, we will cover the return cost.
Q. When will I receive my refund?
A. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 3–7 business days back to your original payment method.
